• 1st floor buildings constructed with two vierendeel steel girders composed of sheet metal and 8cm of concrete
• the space is divided into four 5.3 x 6.8m modules making up the living room, the kitchen and dining area, the entrance hall and the guest bedroom, the master bedroom and the office.
• The latter two are separated by a wall containing the shower and the toilet.
